Refund Policy

At Kona Healthcare, we aim to provide transparent and fair policies for all our patients.

1. Consultation Services

  • Once a consultation has been completed, no refund is applicable.

  • If a pre-booked consultation is canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment time, a full refund may be processed upon request.

2. Diagnostic Services

  • Payments made for diagnostic tests are non-refundable once the sample has been collected or the procedure has been initiated.

  • If a test is canceled before sample collection or procedure initiation, a full refund may be provided.

3. Health Packages

  • Health check-up packages booked in advance can be canceled with full refund if canceled 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • After commencement of any part of the package, no partial refund is allowed.

4. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 working days.

  • You will receive confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once the refund is initiated.
